Eservice
The State Attorney’s Office for the 18th Judicial Circuit of Florida will not be using Eservice to serve pleadings in Criminal, Juvenile, and Criminal Traffic cases until the Florida Supreme Court mandated date of October 1, 2013. However, the new Supreme Court rule allows a defense attorney to voluntarily begin using Eservice on September 1, 2012, to serve pleadings on our office. To properly capture and direct that Eservice, the below e-mail addresses are being created to receive Eservice in Criminal, Juvenile, and Criminal Traffic cases. These are the only approved e-mail addresses for Eservice in Criminal, Juvenile, and Criminal Traffic cases. These Eservice e-mail addresses will also be added to our pleadings beginning September 1, 2012.

Additionally, on September 1, 2012, the Florida Supreme Court has mandated Eservice of pleadings in Civil and Appellate cases. The State Attorney’s Office for the 18th Judicial Circuit is rarely the attorney of record in any Civil case and does not represent the State of Florida in appellate actions with the exception of criminal appeals from the County Court to the Circuit Court. In the rare event that this office is the attorney of record in a civil case, the Eservice e-mail address will be provided on our pleadings. The designated e-mail address for receiving Eservice of County Court Appeals to the Circuit Court is:
Brevard County:
BrevCtyCourtAppeals@sa18.state.fl.us
Seminole County:
SemCtyCourtAppeals@sa18.state.fl.us
Foreclosure Eservice:
